ScriptEngine AI is a product originating from the United States, provided and hosted internationally by H2N VENTURES LLC, registered in the State of Florida. We take commercial data very seriously. As a B2B service with global reach, we respect not only strict American protection regulations but maintain full commitment and compliance with global standards compatible with the Brazilian LGPD and the European GDPR, offering full transparency in the treatment of transnational users.

1. The Data We Collect

When registering or processing a subscription, we mandatorily collect:

  • Residential/Contact Data: Your Provided Name, Email Address, and ID or Photo from Google Authentication (OAuth) if you opt for Social Login.
  • User Content (SaaS Data): For practical purposes of our contracted service provision, we exclusively record in inviolable history the recharge history, transacted subscriptions, and the database that groups your past conversations and all textual scripts generated by you on the platform, allowing your subsequent use in cloud storage.

2. The Financial Barrier (Payment Info)

H2N VENTURES LLC operates in a manner exempt from raw financial manipulation. The ScriptEngine AI internal system NEVER, under any circumstance of our architecture, sends, traffics, processes in local cloud, or archives in its proprietary databases the numbers and transactional data of your Physical Credit Card. This entire sensitive process is encrypted end-to-end, verified through Stripe Inc. technology at the international banking layer, and our centers remotely receive only the return of the security notification token (“Paid” / “Approved”).

3. Hosting, Cloud Partners and AI Training

Your transactions are protected under the law and stored in our Virtual Storage at Neon Inc. and Vercel databases, all encrypted in transit (SSL AES-256 bit or similar). Additionally, you consent that to formulate and build your result, your theme / Input transits (through secure APIs) through major American artificial intelligence operators. Important to note: Anthropic does NOT use data sent via API to train their base models (Zero Data / Model Training opt-out in API limits).

4. Anonymized Use for Internal Improvement

H2N VENTURES LLC may use Generated Content on the platform (scripts and prompts) in an anonymized and aggregated manner exclusively to improve and optimize its own proprietary internal artificial intelligence models. This use follows these guarantees:

  • Full de-identification: No personal data (name, email, financial data) is linked to content used for internal training.
  • Restricted purpose: Content is used exclusively to improve the quality of scripts generated by ScriptEngine AI. It will not be resold, published, or shared with third parties.
  • Your rights remain intact: As stated in the Terms of Service, you retain 100% of the commercial rights over scripts generated in your account.

5. Account Management and Data Deletion

Respecting the full global ownership under LGPD, the files written remain yours, regardless of your location outside the United States. At any time without contractual objections, through the user center menu or by directing an official message to our Data Protection Officer at legal@scriptengineai.com, the Client has the sovereign right to demand and execute without delays:

  1. Raw and complete export of all your logs from the database provider;
  2. Suspension, permanent and irrevocable Hard-Delete, zeroing your instance on our Servers counting from the total purge of generated information and parallel de-indexation in our daily disks of user metrics and data.
